Refund Policy
Our guidelines for store purchase refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchases on PixelSlap. If something goes wrong, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below. All purchases are processed through Tebex, our authorized payment provider.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge
- The purchased item was not delivered to your account
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
- The virtual item has not been substantially used or consumed
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been used, activated, or consumed in-game
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Rank upgrades after the rank benefits have been used
- Purchases made during sales or with discount codes (unless defective)
- Accounts that have been banned for rule violations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket on our Discord server, or email [email protected]
- Include your Hytale username and the Tebex transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Describe the reason for your refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Upon refund, any virtual items or rank benefits associated with the purchase will be removed from your account.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us will result in an automatic ban from PixelSlap. If you are experiencing an issue with a purchase, please reach out to us first — we are happy to help resolve it.
