All purchases made on PixelSlap are final and non-refundable. Every item in our store is a digital, virtual good that is delivered to your account immediately, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason once a purchase is complete.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund. All payments are processed through Tebex, our authorized payment provider.
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Store purchases unlock ranks, perks, and virtual items that are granted to your account instantly and cannot be returned once delivered. For this reason, please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing checkout.
3. Delivery Issues
If you paid for an item and it was not delivered to your account, this is not a refund matter and we will make it right. Contact us and we will deliver what you paid for or correct the issue.

- Include your Hytale username and the Tebex transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider will result in an automatic and permanent ban from PixelSlap. Because all sales are final, chargebacks are treated as fraud. If you have any issue with a purchase, contact us first and we will do our best to help.
5. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country that cannot be waived. Where such laws apply and grant you a right to a refund, we will honor it.
