The fastest way is our Discord. Open a ticket in the #support channel and the staff team will help you out. For billing, account, or ban-appeal matters you can also email [email protected].

Discord tickets are usually answered within a few hours when staff are online. Email replies typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Please don't open duplicate tickets, since it slows things down for everyone.

First make sure you're running the latest version of Hytale and connecting to play.pixelslap.net. If the server shows as online on our site but you still can't join, restart Hytale, then reach out on Discord with any error message you see.

Purchases normally deliver in-game within a few minutes. If it's been longer, email [email protected] with your username and the order confirmation from your purchase and we'll sort it out.

Appeals are handled by email. Send a message to [email protected] from a calm, honest perspective with your in-game name and the reason you were punished. A senior staff member will review it.

Vote rewards are delivered automatically within a few minutes, so make sure you're online in-game when you vote. If they still don't show up, head to the Vote page to re-check, then contact us on Discord if needed.
