Terms of Service

By accessing or using PixelSlap ("the Server"), connecting to play.pixelslap.net, or using any of our associated services (website, store, Discord), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PixelSlap. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each player may only use one account. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All purchases made through the PixelSlap store grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use virtual items within our server. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or traded outside of PixelSlap.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance virtual items at any time to maintain fair gameplay. Rank benefits and cosmetics are subject to change with server updates.

When using PixelSlap, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Use inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language
• Spam, advertise, or promote other servers or services
• Exploit bugs or glitches — report them to staff instead
• Attempt to disrupt server operations or infrastructure
• Impersonate staff members or other players

Violations may result in warnings, temporary mutes/bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion.

PixelSlap, including its name, logo, website design, custom game modes, and original content, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. PixelSlap is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hypixel Studios.

We may suspend or terminate your access to PixelSlap at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other players or the server. Upon termination, your license to use any purchased virtual items may be revoked.

PixelSlap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the server. We do not guarantee uptime or availability of any features.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server. Continued use of PixelSlap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
